Security has been beefed up as a precautionary measure before the judgement of the most sensitive issue of Ayodhya on September 24.

Just a day is left before the judgement comes and tight security has been put up in Ayodhya, Lucknow, Faizabad and other parts of the state.

The Mayawati government has imposed a ban on any public gatherings or rallies after the verdict. Entry into Lucknow High Court premises has been stopped and lawyers not having any case on 24th have been asked not to go to the court by the registrar. Tight security will also be provided for the three judges who will give out the Ayodhya verdict.

According to rumours, a ban has been imposed on mass SMS and MMS till 27th throughout the country. P Chidambram, Home Minister has urged all state governments to be on high vigil. As a precautionary measure, Karnataka government ordered to close all schools for two days on 24th and 25th and also declared these two days as dry days.
