Hoffenheim brought an end to Bayern Munich's winning streak by holding them to a goalless draw at the Rhein-Neckar Arena.
The Bavarians had won their last 10 coming intoSaturday's game, but they had to settle for their first draw of the season which still extended their lead at the top of the Bundesliga to three points.
Bastian Schweinsteiger had a goal rightly disallowed for Bayern, who at least managed to extend their record of not having conceded a goal for over a month and a half.
