PDIL MT Recruitment 2012 Notification Eligibility FormPDIL has issued recruitment notification 2012 few days back for 35 Management Trainee (MT) from the engineering disciplines of Chemical, Civil, Electrical, Instrumentation, Industrial (MS) & Mechanical. These vacancies are open for engineering freshers. As per the notification, the last date to apply online for this PDIL MT recruitment 2012 is 10th August 2012. 

But there is a catch - you can apply for these PDIL jobs only if you had appeared in GATE 2012 and have a valid GATE score. What are the eligibility and how to apply for these management trainee positions in PDIL? This is the subject matter of current blog article.

PDIL MT Recruitment process:
PDIL is going to use the GATE (Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering) scores to shortlist the candidates for its further selection process. Selection process thereafter consists of  Interview only which will be conducted at PDIL Bhawan, Sector-1, Noida.

Category-wise PDIL MT vacancies for 2012:
GEN: 22; OBC:6; SC:4; ST:3; TOT:35.

PDIL MT Salary:
PDIL offers MT consolidated stipend of Rs. 27000/- p.m. (at Noida, Chennai & Vizag) and Rs.26700/- p.m.(at Baroda) during one-year training. On successful completion of one year of training they are absorbed as Engineer in the pay scale of Rs.16400-40500/-. Total monthly salary is approx. Rs.40,570/- p.m.(Noida) and Rs. 38,680/-p.m.(Baroda).

Eligibility for PDIL Management Trainee :
Age Eligibility: (as on 31.08.2012)
Maximum 25 years.
Age relaxations exists for reserved categories.


Educational Eligibility:
Min. 60% (55% for SC/ST) in full time Graduate Engineering Degree in  following respective qualifying disciplines from a recognized University/ Institute alongwith qualified GATE Score in 2012:

Chemical: Chemical Engg./Chemical Technology
Civil: Civil Engg./ Structural Engg.
Electrical: Electrical Engg./ Electrical & Electronics Engg./ Power Engg.
Instrumentation: Control & Instrumentation/ Instrumentation/ Electronics/ Control Instrumentation & Process Control
Industrial (MS): Industrial Engg./ Industrial Management/ Manufacturing Engg./ Production & Industrial Engg./ Production Engg./ Production & Management
Mechanical: Mechanical Engg.
