whats the difference between both ? i mean, as far as im concerned a PC Tech is someone whos is self taught or has a high school diploma from a technical computer high school or has completed a course? and a computer engineer is someone who has a University diploma and is able to work at any company and make good money thats what i think the difference is does anyone agree with me ?
